Lodge Hotels & Resorts Adds Holiday Inn Minneapolis NW in Otsego, MN to Management Portfolio

Otsego, MN - December 22, 2008 - Lodge Hotels & Resorts has been awarded the management contract for the Holiday Inn Minneapolis NW by the property's new ownership group, Elk Inn Partners. With experience in the waterpark industry this property represents Lodge Hotels & Resorts' first waterpark property in the Twin Cities Metro Area.

The Holiday Inn Minneapolis NW is located in Otsego , Minnesota just off of Highway 110 and is just minutes from the Albertville Premium Outlet Shops and the Twin Cities newest Cabela's Sporting Goods Store. "Holiday Inn is a tremendous national brand and this hotel perfectly meets the demands of business and leisure travelers in the area," remarked managing partner Joel C. Cairy.
